Element Times Square West

We really enjoyed the complimentary breakfast—it was delicious and had a nice variety. The staff were incredibly friendly and made us feel welcome throughout our stay. The hotel's location is fantastic, with everything within easy walking distance. If you don't mind a short stroll, it's just a quick walk to Amtrak at Penn Station, which was super convenient for us. A great stay overall!

We had a great stay overall, but unfortunately only one of the two elevators was working during our visit, which made wait times a bit longer than we'd hoped. It wasn't a major issue, but having both elevators operational would have made things more convenient.

This hotel is perfectly situated right in the heart of Times Square - you couldn't ask for a better location! The breakfast was absolutely delicious, and we especially appreciated the outstanding service from John E (who was so friendly and attentive). The property offers great amenities too, including a handy laundry room and well-equipped gym. We also loved the nice touch of complimentary lemon water available in the lobby - such a refreshing treat after exploring the city!

The room and bathroom were incredibly spacious, which we really appreciated! The bed was super comfortable, making for a perfect night's sleep. The relaxation hour with wine was such a lovely bonus - the wine selection was excellent!
